Refund policy

My item arrived damaged or faulty:
Email us within 3 working days with photos and your order number. Please contact us before returning anything. For minor damage, replacement parts may be offered instead of a return.

I received the wrong item:
Let us know within 14 days and we’ll arrange an exchange or refund.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Yes — you have 14 days from delivery. Items must be unopened and in original packaging. Return postage is your responsibility.

Are any items non-returnable?
Yes — custom or special-order items (unless faulty). Items damaged through misuse or handling.

Do I need to contact you before returning?
Yes — always contact us first so we can authorise the return and advise on the best way to send it back.

When will I get my refund?
Once the return is received and checked. Refunds go to the original payment method.

Who pays return postage?
You do for change-of-mind returns. We refund reasonable costs for faulty or incorrect items. We are not responsible for items lost during return transit.

What if my parcel is lost when I return it?
Please use a tracked or proof-of-posting service. If an item is lost during return, we cannot issue a refund without proof of delivery.

Do you ship internationally, and will I pay customs fees?
Yes, we ship internationally-please contact us before placing an order for delivery costs. Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are set by your country and are your responsibility. These are not included in shipping costs.

What happens if I refuse to pay customs fees?
If customs fees are refused and the parcel is returned, we can refund the item price only. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Do product photos show exactly what I’ll receive?
Photos are illustrative. Colours, packaging, and small details may vary.
